All orders include added price for recorded delivery. Value Added Tax (VAT) is also included within the shown price. Most orders are expected to arrive before 28 days. No compensation is applicable if not arrived after this time. If 28 days have passed, you are advised to contact STUMPYCLOTHING to ensure your order has been correctly placed with us. Refunds are only accepted if returned within 2 weeks of receiving item. Refunds will only be accepted if goods are in their original condition with all genuine tags still in-tact and garment unworn . STUMPYCLOTHING is unable to specify an accurate delivery date and orders will be dealt with as soon as payment is received.

POSTAGE NOTES
All orders are despatched via Royal Mail. Although items are sent on receipt of your payment, due to Royal Mail practice, items may take over 28 days to be delivered, especially during periods of high postage traffic e.g. Christmas. Please note Royal Mail is an external service and STUMPYCLOTHING does not have control over a parcel when it has left our premises, however we will liaise with the Royal Mail on your behalf. A valid postal address and contact address is vital. It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate information when purchasing goods or STUMPYCLOTHING will not be able to make contact should the need arise.

RETURNS
Items must be unused and unwashed for a credit or refund. Please quote Receipt ID upon return. You are to contact STUMPYCLOTHING by email before returning the goods to ensure we are awaiting your return. The returns of goods and cost of return postage is entirely your responsibility, until receipt of your goods, in which case, in cases of faulty goods, postage will be refunded. A proof of postage is recommended for both proof and date of postage.
